We collect what we need to run the organization and nothing else. We don't sell data or run ad trackers.
Account. Your email address, or your Discord ID and username if you sign in with Discord, plus the display name you choose.
Applications. What you enter on the form: Discord username, region, experience, availability, links, and optionally your Ubisoft name and email. You confirm you are 18 or older.
Partner inquiries. Your name, company, email and message.
Technical. A sign-in cookie so you stay logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept by our hosting providers for security.
To run accounts, review applications, reply to partners and keep the site secure. Staff who review applications see your answers; nobody outside ALDRIC staff does.
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Discord (sign-in and staff notifications) and Resend (email notifications). Each stores data under its own privacy terms.
Applications are kept for up to 12 months after a decision, then deleted. Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time: email [email protected] or message staff in our Discord. We answer within 30 days.
